Solar Pro AI LLC provides a proprietary lead generation and CRM platform that connects homeowners with a national network of solar professionals and installers, including our primary fulfillment partner, Powur. We are a sales and technology organization; we are not the direct installer of the solar equipment.
3. AI Communication & Consent (TCPA/A2P)
By providing your phone number, you provide Prior Express Written Consent to be contacted by Solar Pro AI LLC and its partners (including Powur) via:
AI Voice Agents: Automated, synthetically generated, or AI-driven voice calls.
SMS/MMS: Automated text messaging for appointment reminders, project updates, and marketing.
Pre-recorded Messages: Standard automated messaging.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any text or stating "Remove me from your list" during any AI call.
4. User Conduct & CRM Access
For sales partners and representatives utilizing the Solar Pro AI CRM:
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Salesforce/CRM credentials.
Data Integrity: You agree not to use the CRM to upload "cold" or unverified data that violates A2P 10DLC regulations.
Prohibited Use: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI voice technology or scrape data from our proprietary lead capture systems.
5. AI Accuracy & Information Disclaimer
While our AI is trained on current solar data and internet resources:
Geographical Variations: Solar incentives, net metering laws, and weather-based ROI are subject to change by local utilities and government bodies.
No Financial Advice: Information provided by our AI or website is for educational purposes and does not constitute guaranteed financial returns. All final quotes must be verified by a licensed Powur consultant or technician.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar Pro AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Your use of the AI voice assistant.
The performance or installation services provided by third-party installers (including Powur).
Any temporary downtime of the CRM platform.
7. Intellectual Property
The "Solar Pro AI" name, logo, proprietary lead-capture algorithms, and AI configurations are the exclusive property of Solar Pro AI LLC. Use of our branding without written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
